Hi, I am a Android Developer with 2+ years of experience. I have developed multiple apps and uploaded them to Google Play Store. I am well versed with Git and use Bitbucket regularly. For your scenario, I will create a Android app, create a REST server that will communicate with the WSDL that you will provide and send regular SMS to the service. I had a little problem in understanding when we should start tracking the SMS. Let us discuss it over chat.
