Write an Android application

Hi, We are looking for a freelancer to help us develop an Android app for researchers & surveyors. The idea is to show people pictures of several objects on a tablet and ask them which ones they like or dislike. The interface will be Tinder like, but instead of people matching, it's just collecting data on what things people generally like or don't. The App will be fairly simple, and so will be the web-server part (nothing fancy; a DB to store responses and folder for pictures). If you're comfortable, a free readymade framework like Appdupe's 'Flamer' can also be used to cut development time and customize it to our needs. We need to begin in a week's time and I can share more technical details once we have a quote from you. Please share your costs / timelines for the App and let me know if you have any questions.
