I want to develop a content management platform and website front end to host and deliver content to mobiles when triggered. This involves the mobiles being triggered by beacons, GPS fences, QR codes or NFC tags. The mobiles will then contact the CM platform and deli8ver the approipriate content. I prefer someone with experience in this as well as the parallel development of the Android and iPhone apps
