Need an android app ported to windows phone -- 2

I have IOS and Andorid applications. Now i need the same app ported into windows phone. [login to view URL] the apps were written in phone gap and i can give the source code if needed. I need the best possible bid and shortest time . You have to submit the app to the windows store as well. You have to do everything from start till putting the app to the store. I will just give the source code if needed in phone gap.
