Mobile chat application

What I want to be developed is an application that runs on iPhone, Android and Blackberry (Blackberry is optional). This application is used to see if other users of this application are online and to see the distance of this users to your own location. Other users are shown on a list which is sorted by distance. You can click on a row to start a chat with another user or to see his/her profile. A profile of a user contains text and images.
