I have an app which is about filling a form and retrieving the data from a database which is in html5 with php and mysql. I am also compiling the client side with phone-gap so that it can communicate with the server side that is php. I want the app to select a picture from the phone's photo library or be able to take picture with the phones camera and insert the selected image or camera image to the database. I need a script that can do that or i will give my code to insert it in. I want a demo if available to see first from the interested freelancer before i will award hm/her. It is very urgent
