Hello Sir, I have already developed system like this almost as per your requirements. And as per your requirement I can do this task within 10 days which includes web end for monitoring employees location and android end for updating their location. I have done this using google maps API and at web end you can also generate report of previous location records and can save them in excel format on desktop.
