Either finish tasker or make tiny app

I have a tasker app I made it almost works but not quite. what I'm trying to do is killall a program every 15 minutes and then have a launch back up.  if I could figure out how to keep tasker persistent and create the app that would be great or if someone can create a tiny launcher and killer that remains running at all times I can just get me in and out of this program that would rock.  This should be a quick program.  It doesnt need to be pretty...it only needs to work.  If someone can jump on this and nail it and it works, i will be tipping.  thanks ya'all
