Se debe realizar en xamarin forms, para android e iOS. Se tiene que poder seleccionar un video y que te permita recortarlo tal como hace whatsApp que no te permite videos de tamaños mayores a 1 minuto. Si el video seleccionado supera el minuto que te permita recortarlo antes de seleccionarlo. Luego que se recortó se debe reducir el tamaño para poder subirlo a azure. En las fotos se ve como se recorta el video directamente. Solo programadores que hablen español
