Very simple iphone app which upload a photo to website

This is a simple project for a basic implementation at start. I need an app wich basically do exactly this : - 1st screen : you either authenticate with login + password, this is a post to a webservice which return a cookie OR you can signup (email + country + password form, data posted to webserver). - When logged, you can send a photo from your smartphone with a few information. Technically : you choose a photo from your library, then you have a short form "category + title + description", then you press a send bouton. The data is sent with an HTTP POST to a webserver. I take care of the web server stuff. Here is what i expect : - You provide the full source code in zip file so i can build it on Xcode and modify it - You don't have to work on graphics, i'll add that after, keep it text + default UI + the thumbnail before sending and simple - I need you to resize the image if possible before sending to be quick to send, but keeping all EXIF data - Optional, depending on budget, the user have a screen with the photos he uploaded and can delete one entry at a time. Still HTTP post to webserver. Bonus, this is an app which will need enhancement after, i work is okay we'll keep on working together on it.
