We are searching for a strong candidate who has experience in OCR and already developed this kind of work before. OCR library to identify sequence of numbers captured by mobile camera, and it has to work on iOS. Library to be highly accurate, fast, and scanning errors reduced to the minimal (success rate +99%). Desired candidate will be asked to develop the library and link it to very simple iPhone app to test the library functionality on the app. Contractor will be granted the make of full iPhone project if reasonable price has been given as an overall value of the development process. We will be waiting for your professional proposals.
