Need a Cocos2d-X Game Developer - repost 3

Looking for an experienced mobile game developer to create a surfing game. The ideal candidate will be one who has already created an auto driving game, airplane flying game or similar type of game that could be modified to work by simply changing the graphics. The game will start by allowing the player to select and play as one of three surfers. The surfer will catch a wave and avoid obstacles such as islands, logs, sea turtles, coconuts, and a villian fish. Developer will be provided with a graphic of the 3 surfers and the villian fish which will incorporated into the game. The developer/programmer will be responsible for the remaining graphics required to complete the game in addition to the code that controls the game. Music will be provided that must be incorporated into the game. This app must run on both ios and android. Developer will be be chosen based on overall experience as well as a track record of successful completion of similar games for both ios and android.
