Mobile App Development Project

I am looking for a partnership with an individual or company that is working in the field of iphone, ipad, android and all other mobile app development for various platforms. A brief description of the app is a list of terms, searchable by category and alphabetical. The list will continue to grow, but currently is about 300 terms. We will begin with the iPhone & Android app, using an in-app purchase to also subscribe to updates and notifications. Please send bids with a timeline for a completed app, references or examples of apps that you have developed that includes your bid. Please note, bid packages that include price of development as well as percentage of profit from the app will be given strong preference. All bids should be submitted in USD. I will not release specifics of project without a signed NDA. I am looking for an individual that is interested in taking a risk in exchange for a revenue share in a business that is truly limitless in regards to revenue. If interested then please pre-bid and PM a message about yourself or the company and I will discuss revenue sharing and arrange for you to sign a NDA agreement. ALSO NOTE: I will put money into Freelancer and will not release payment without a project that actually works. I truly believe in this and I believe that you will too after hearing more details.
