Write an iPhone application

I have a project in mind that I need help realizing. I need to work with someone who will be around for years to come to provide any support and someone I can trust. I am a designer and front-end developer and have a very clear idea of what I want, how I want it to look, and what it needs to do (function). I will be providing nearly all the graphics and design decisions, I really just need a reliable and proficient iOS/Android app developer. this app is a loyalty reward app for a restaurant, and needs to: • be a digital checklist for users to create accounts and check off a tequila every time they try that one in the restaurant • need you be able to upload a selfie from smartphone cam upon completing the checklist. • there needs to be a list of everyone in the 'Tequila Club' (those who have finished the challenge) and each name needs to link to that club members profile • each profile would contain basically their name, what tier member they are, and the selfie that they take and upload upon completing the tequila club checklist • members need to be able to communicate either through direct messages or ideally an online chat board type of community within the app • push notifications for a few different aspects of the app, with settings to turn each off or on. • the picture that they upload also would need to be delivered (by email) for use in restaurant or online. This is not a big money making app, it is more a loyalty rewards app for a restaurant and will be a free download. I prefer to work with an individual than a large group. I am serious about the work that I do and this project, although fun in nature, is one that I take very seriously. Please submit a proposal and keep it realistic. I won't consider generic submissions that outline your capabilities and speak nothing to the project details I've posted. I also won't consider any submissions that come flying in within 10 minutes of posting this project, I want to work with someone who at least looks at the details before saying they can handle the job.
