Need an android app for rent management -Login authentication - Admin should be able to create tenant profile, take a picture through tab cam, scan documents. - Perform monthwise expenses & profit/loss calculation - Generate rent roll, profit/loss report, userlists. - Send reminders email to tenants. - Sync the local db with a web app. So that User can visit the site and download the backup.
