iOS/Android Apps - RSS Aggregate App

App will get a list of available RSS feeds from a web service. RSS feeds are stored locally and shown in consecutive order based on the earliest viewed. User will have an option to filter the RSS feeds with options to "Include" or "Exclude" phrases. These filter options is sent to the web service to properly construct the RSS feeds App consists of: Splash Mainscreen - 10 RSS feeds with header per feed and list of items per feed. Next button to go to next 10 RSS feeds. If less than 10 total feeds then no Next button Settings screen - Ability to add/remove "Include"/"Exclude" phrases. Ability to Update RSS Feed. Webview - Opens url from RSS item to display. Swipe webview will show URL for next RSS item. If end of current RSS items, go to next heading
