I have about 3 years of android development experience and would be extremely interested in working on this project. With the limited project description available, the time it'd take is difficult to estimate but 10 days should be sufficient to build a prototype. Initial goal would be to understand the requirements and build a mock up with dummy data. Get the application flow to be as accurate as possible so that the remaining work would be only to create the framework on the server side to get/post the data from/to. I have the server side experience in developing and hosting the web services on Amazon web as well using Java - Hibernate and spring. I can do database design and create the necessary application layers.
