I need an Android project for Eclipse under Windows with full source code. I need to embed its functionality to another project so it has to be easy to edit and compile; or at least recieve support to achieve that. What is required for the project?: -Open a mp4 or 3gp video file. -Draw custom text over every video frame. -Save a new video with previous drawn text. What is NOT required? -I don't need a finished publishable application. -It doesn't need graphic interface. -It doesn't need to play the video. Thank you!
