An Android App

My brother is an applications developer. He and I, by way of a telephone conversation, started to detail out a project per it's different phases. We talked about phases like discovery, design, build/develop, test and launch. I appreciate what my brother is suggesting and will require someone to run a somewhat formal project with progress updates and full documentation. But I also wanted to keep this fairly straightforward and simple. Without further ado. I require the services of a bad ass android applications developer. Someone who can also contribute to the concept and design. If this same person, team or business would also be able to host the testing and product launch phases, I would appreciate that very much. I am also inclined to believe that said bad ass android applications developer will view my app as fairly simple and straightforward. In other words, short and sweet. Can I get some help? :)
