MUST include the following 3 Tables with a relationship between all three categories (how they are linked is best suited to you) 3 Predefined Queries + Simple Select query which can be sorted by AT LEAST one field + a paramater query + a join query 2 Reports + A report based on at least ONE of the tables + a report which shows a totals and subtotal (possibly total count of disks) Form to display and enter data based on the tables - All forms should have the exact same look and feel Macros to open forms, reports, and tables Switchboard and individual switchboards for forms, reports, tables, and to exit the application Create Piviot table/charts based on the data in the tables Addition of navigation buttons, delete/add buttons, combo box for searching Please ask any questions for details before bidding or accepting The goal is complete a very detail oriented and user friendly design for the data needed. This is NOT course work, this is for a POC project to demonstrate the ability to use a database system such as MS Access to manage inventory for user owned rental system

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
