Looking for another local sales representative in Hong Kong who is local/domestic. The person will help with advertising Canadian real estate properties and pre-construction investment projects. I have access to a variety of pre-construction investment projects as well as already built real estate. I currently work with a variety if investors from China and a few other countries. The total investment that my investors have invested in Canada is around $42M. I am looking to expand my team and compensate very well for the individual that is very active and generating business.
The appropriate person will be required to find a real estate investor and connect myself with that person.
You will be required to find where to advertise locally, paper/magazine, online channels social media or web searches.
You will need to meet with these people and investors and represent our interest and serve and helping them buy appropriate properties.
Make calls, send emails, advertising Canadian real estate projects, speak to high net worth individuals and create and generate new business.
I am looking to have office space in Hong Kong for the team to further be professional and advance with time when the team is large enough.
