Taking call is an art you have to remember that your voice or Tone has to be perfect and your brain have to read the customer mind by his/her Tone. So Intonation matters, Rhythm, Rate of Speech, Pronunciation, Greetings, Average Handling Time(AHT) this are most common quality factors you are taking a call. From CSR to Group Leader is a big journey in BPO, my total experience is 9 years in Customer Support in Voice and Non Voice.
