Generate Sales for my organization

The concept is simple: I am looking for a professional guy who loves to work in a sales team. He will be responsible for generating and closing sales (wrt the services a very new startup company provides). He won't be having geographic restrictions. I am okay for a monthly base salary and will be very happy to provide a good incentives on every sales getting closed. He'll also be responsible to generate income for the company by keeping constant touch with the customers. And if everything works out well, he'll have a great time with us.
