Set up contact appointments with major companies

The project essentially is simple and straightforward: There is a list of about one hundred major companies in the USA and Canada and I am seeking a thoroughly experienced professional to contact each of them by phone and set up a time for me to speak to the appropriate department manager. It is important to note that these are very large companies and it will be rather difficult to get to the right person as you will be usually directed to voicemails where the individuals rarely if ever return their calls. Therefore you will require considerable perseverance and apply every skill to getting through to these managers. You must have a US telephone number so that these managers can call you back.
