Sagepay 'PAYMENT' to 'DEFERRED' in Magento

We are with Magento and are looking for someone who are able to change the payment to deferred in Sagepay. Sagepay support keeps telling us: "Your website has stored the TxType of "Payment" as default, this may be applied within your shopping cart solution or website config file. This field can be altered to "Deferred" which will register all new transactions with SagePay as deferred." We have tried many times but nothing changes, probably we are looking in wrong place. We are happy to pay if someone can point us to right direction. Thanks
