IP PBX & Asterisk

hi. i am best voip expert here, see my feedback. i am assuming custom enter his/her number near button and asterisk connect ur agent(from db ) with customer' s phone. if you need call from webpage, it is much more complex task.

The requirement you have mentioned is called click2call widget in which vistor his number and press call. System connect support number to the visitor number over voip network. The setup you need can be done using asterisk switch for which we need a linux server or you can use twillio api to send calls to both number. We are comfortable with both and can do with ease. We are voip solution provider and have earlier setup various system for call, sms, fax and many other voip services. it would be better if we can have detail discussion for better understanding. Hello, According to my understand, A visitor will enter his/her phone number in a text field on your website and press a button. then call will be dialed to your phone number. Once call is answered by you then you will be connected to the phone number of visitor......am I right? Regards, Aneel
