Need team for leads, email blast, forward replies

Need team or company to find decision maker leads + email blast + forward replies. No individuals. We’re looking for a team or company that can do this. We will be scaling up within the next 60 days, we’ll need you to do the following process by 10x or 20x at a time on a regular basis for the next year: 1- Find good quality, decision maker leads for a city & niche. (emails & phone) (send us the spreadsheets for our records) 2- Email blast them all in one day. Use an email that is simple enough to have them reply that they are interested in hearing more about our marketing product. 3- People who reply with interest or questions should be forwarded to our email immediately (so we can answer questions, close the sale, or make a phone appointment). 4- Blast second and third emails to the leads who haven’t opened or replied to the previous email. 5- When any of these people reply with interest or questions, forward those to our email immediately as well. We will start you with one city to test the quantity and quality of replies. After success, we will hire you for 5 or 10 more cities and ask you to do steps 1-5 at the same time for all of them. This is why you need a team. We know some of the tasks take multiple people to perform them. With continued success, we will keep hiring you to repeat the process for up to 100 cities per month for a YEAR. BIDDING You’re bidding on doing this for just 1 city & niche right now (assume 1000 leads). Please figure out your bid as follows: Bid = bulk price of doing this for 100 cities per month DIVIDED by 100. Basically, we’re saying we’d like the bulk price from the start even though we’re starting with one trial. Please bid low since we will be hiring you repeatedly. We appreciate value.
