Backlinks must meet the following criteria: - EACH AND ALL BACKLINKS MUST HAVE A UNIQUE IP ADDRESS (JUST USING DIFFERENT C-CLASS IPs LINKS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE) - The page with the anchor text must have a PR of 2 or more over the next 6 months. Include some PR3 and PR4 backlinks. - LESS THAN 50 OUTGOING BACK LINKS (OBL) on the same page as the anchor text. This will be checked and verified for each backlink daily for 6 months. - All backlinks must be hosted in the USA. "unidirectional" (One-way). only-Incoming (non-reciprocal) links - All backlinks must be "do follow" - No redirects, no i-frames - No password required to access the backlink page - No links from Profiles, directory, forum posting, or from articles (If from a Blog page, must still meet all the above criteria and the bid should be significantly less) - Guarantee that each backlink will be permanent with the same URL for a minimum of 6 months - BACKLINK INFO MUST BE ENTERED ONLINE.
