Write Terms and Conditions for website purchases

Our website [login to view URL] sells training products online that are available via digital download. We require a legally binding terms and conditions notice (our customers must accept these prior to downloading /accessing any of our materials) It must identify the following: 1. Access by competing organisations selling training materials is prohibited , they must not purchase/download or access any of our materials including samples 2. Purchases are final refunds are not given when our system indicates a purchased product has been downloaded/accessed 3. Use of purchased materials is strictly an agreement between the customer and RTO Templates pty ltd, they may not be resold or access given to another entity without prior consent. 4. The customer is permitted to make changes to purchased materials as they see fit. RTO Templates will not be held liable during any regulatory body audit for any deficiencies / no compliances identified. 5. The customer is permitted to make as many copies for authorised use; authorised use being defined as using the materials for intended purpose (training and assessment) within there organisation. 6. Samples are provided allow a preview to our resources, access/downloading of samples are for legitimate customers only who intend on making a purchase. Sample resources cannot be used to allow extension to scope of registration or other regulatory compliance application. If you are not 7. We are based in Victoria Australia so our terms and conditions need to reflect that legally. Our biggest issue is access by unauthorised persons. Unauthorised persons being a competitor to RTO Templates that has no sincere intention of purchasing resources. We also request information on how we can legally enforce our terms and conditions when they have been voided/broken.
