Legal, research and documentation work

My requirements are mixed and varied, #1. Terms and conditions as well as privacy statement on an iphone app. The terms and conditions valid for australian laws but can borrow from some american apps/websites. #2. Identifying the leading media and then working with me to develop a blog, publishing the blog. #3. Legals for another app similar in nature....and associated blogging. #4. Legals for another desktop - excel based add in. need to understand what you can do, how efficiently and how much will it cost me. Please provide what you have done at first instance. My preference will be use the freelancers with excellent rating and feedback from the clients, hence references are a must. If you have a legal background then you will be preferred. Ideally it may suit a small team. I also need to understand how efficient you work ( can be used to negotiate higher rates) so suggesting the time taken to produce a given outcome will help. Please do not bid if you do not have a good track record as your bid will not be considered.
