Help writing letter

need a letter written for a hosting holding my domain name hostage... - Hosting agreed in written email to provide me transfer code - Then refuses (oral only) without giving a reason - I refuse to pay hosting fees from there on - He suspends my hosting account (temporary to force me to pay) - Keeps billing and threatening me - Now i want to give him 1 last chance to give back domain name - If he refuses to comply we go to court and i'll charge him all the losses i made during those months that my website was offline resulting in loss revenues.
