Laravel, PHP - Fine-tune map details at zoom level and integrate multi language and multi currency features

Hello Everyone, My website that offers creation of star map posters and custom map posters, will be finished in the following days and I am currently looking for someone that can support on the following two points: 1) Fine-tune the existing custom map tool - The custom map tool has already been created, as well as all poster designs. The tool is based on Mapbox API. My main request here is to optimise the look by manipulating the details at specific zoom levels/layers (just as an example, at certain zoom level we want to see more buildings and less thick lines of roads). If needed, I am also willing to consider another API (e.g. OpenStreetMaps or any other API that is capable of meeting my requirements). I will share examples of websites once I get in touch with you; 2) Implement multi currency and multi language features as the website will be active in few European countries; For launch, I need to have the website in 5 languages.
