Web Developer (Angular JS)

Looking to hire somebody with the following profile, please read all requirements carefully before applying. This requirement is only for passionate independent freelancers/coders who are interested in building something cool and amazing. 1. 3+ years of exp or proven record of designing and building websites. 2. good ui knowledge (Angular/Jquery + HTML CSS) with fairly good understanding of ux 3. understanding of git version control software 4. experience working on Mac or Linux (preferred but not mandatory) 5. experience working on LAMP/MAMP/XAMP server software 6. excellent programming skills with keen eye for scalable, readable, maintainable and performant code 7. its important that we require somebody who can take charge of the tasks assigned and run the frontend show asap. 8**. humble, dedicated, responsible and honest 9**. should have fairly good english communication skills since the project requires the candidate to understand the requirements and explain the solutions. 10**. we really need somebody whom we can trust and build a friendly relationship on a long term. Project scope: 1. This is a longterm project having 4 months of development work. Primary responsibility of the candidate will be to write good JScript, structured HTML and CSS code with good engineering concepts and best practices such that its easy to scale in terms of functionality. 2. We have readymade UI templates with html/css and js files. All we need is to write angular js code to call backend API's to populate the data on the widgets and forms + customise the UI based on business requirement. 3. The work is in angular.js - this is a very important skill we need 4. Important features of the product will have to be built within 3 months. Candidate is expected to be in constant touch with employer to interact and discuss the progress and technicalities. Ideal Candidate: 1. Good team player skills are needed, since the frontend developer will have to work with a backend architect. Communication can happen over skype. 2. The candidate should be passionate and inquisitive to find solutions to technical challenges especially in the frontend. 3. Very particular about dedication towards work and time. 4. Freedom of speech is most welcome - we would love to hear smart solutions/ideas wrt good UI/UX for the product. We don’t expect u to only take orders and execute, you have to let us know what is best for the product as per your knowledge. 5. The candidate is expected to work for atleast 6 hours each day. 6. The candidate is expected to have good internet connection - this is important since we need to be in constant touch over skype for audio/video chat. We do not expect infrastructure issues hindering the communication or work. Employment 1. It would be preferred that candidates should be located in Bangalore, India for face to face discussions or willing to relocate if possible. 2. Salary would be paid on monthly basis. Learning Curve: The project roadmap has some very niche features which requires extensive technical skills and smartness. The end goal is to build a website which is "beautiful", "responsive" and delivers the rich "UX". You will definitely enjoy working on it. Details will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
