I am looking for a developer that can create an Outlook plugin that will greatly simplify the process of scheduling meetings. The plugin should be able to access both my own calendar and the calendars of other individuals, and suggest available meeting slots based on both availability and other criteria. Please see attached files for screenshots of the plugin. Key Requirements: - Experience in developing Outlook plugins - Plugin is required to have integration between Outlook and Sharepoint. - Ability to retrieve calendar data from both my own calendar and other people's calendars and place a calendar slot in SharePoint. I.e. finding free slots as well as available rooms. - Knowledge of algorithms and logic to suggest meeting slots based on availability and other criteria Tasks based on screenshot: 01,02 - Add attendees based on email 03 - Based on selection, see free slots of own calendar, attendees calendar and room availability on sharepoint and propose free slots 05 - Bookings of room successfully shown 06 - See existing booking of rooms Skills and Experience: - Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, JavaScript and [login to view URL] - Familiarity with Outlook's API and its integration with other platforms - Previous experience in developing plugins or add-ons for Outlook - Understanding of calendar data manipulation and analysis If you are a developer with expertise in Outlook plugin development and have experience in integrating with calendar APIs, I would love to discuss this project further with you.
