Ad Network Development

I am serious about my project. So only serious developers( at least 3 years of experience in these technologies ) who have a team of Nodejs , Backbone Js/ Angular Js and Mongodb/Graph database experts bid here. First of all you should have a very good knowledge about ad networks and its internal work flows. I am attaching a text file which contains nearly 80% of its functionality, and rest of that will be discussed over skype or at the time of development.
