Hi! I'm using [login to view URL] to validate my forms. My form html code generate in php and get with ajax call. Form html placed to bootstrap modal. I have mandatoryIcon addon and when I open first time modal with form, i get error "[login to view URL] Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'notEmpty' of undefined", next time error not displayed.
