Widget for PC that reads and Excel sheet

On P1 issues we require a 2 hour response and a 24 hour fix. P2 is is 4 houe response and 36 hour fix p3 is 24 hour response and 72 hour fix or next release. P4 is 48 response and next release fix We require this for USA Pacific time business hours. YOUR BID IS FINAL UNLESS WE CHANGE THE SPECIFICATION. DO NOT ASK FOR MORE MONEY AS IT WILL NOT BE GIVEN. Need a configurable Widget to read an excel spreadsheet and show up a dashboard indicating the values on the sheet. Excel does not have to be running. Yahoo Widgets preferred. For PC. User configures a dashboard containing widgets during setup of the dashboard and can name this set of widgets, the location of the excel spreadsheet(s) for each widget, which columns in which sheet to use and range. For example. Accident [login to view URL] The user will enter the spreadsheet name & location, which column to find the Average accident days so far (or sum), which column to find the maximum range. This will give a speedometer widget with the needle pointing at the average and a red area in the maximum range. If the user double clicks on a small excel icon embeded in the widget, the actual sheet will open. For each dashboard, there can be a number of individual widgets showing different types of information for each widget. You will need to provide several standard widget designss such as a speedometer, clock type, graph etc. These will be decided during design phase. A detailed requirements document will detail the items above.
