Responsive Wordpress Website

Hello, I am looking for an accomplished freelancer and Wordpress expert to convert my PSD layouts into a working and **responsive** Wordpress website. It is very important that you have expert knowledge in building responsive websites using the best practises for media queries. I have a good understanding and years of experience designing for web so I am looking to work with a professional. I do not want to spend time correcting simple mistakes and rushed work. // WEBSITE DETAILS // - The website is made up of the following pages: 1. Homepage 2. About 3. Portfolio & Portfolio Item 4. Events & Events Item 5. Press & Press Item 6. Contact 7. Blog & Blog Item - All of the breakpoints (5 for each page) are clearly defined and supplied as PSD files. - Many of the pages re-use elements and layouts from the homepage so not all of the pages are completely unique. This should help make the build faster. - The site uses @font-face. I will supply the necessary files. - The text content is not confirmed - you will *not* be required to input a lot of final text. Your main job is to code a flexible, responsive layout. - Website must be built in Wordpress - Must be responsive - Must be cross-brower compatible // PAYMENT & DEADLINE // - We have 2 weeks to complete the job. This deadline is fixed and cannot be extended. Please do not apply if you cannot meet this deadline. - The budget is $300USD. I will be on call to get back to you with quick answers. - Payment schedule will operate on 20% on commencement on project, 30% on supply of working css/html layouts, remaining 50% once files are handed off and uploaded onto my server.
