Need Flash Like Transition for Slide Shows

Hello, I have a word press site for my website. It was just converted. I want to upload new pictures every week or so into the slide show and remove old photos. I can do this by simply uploading a photo to a "Post" and assigning it to the slide show category. This makes the Post one of the pics in the slide show. Right now it just rotates from picture to picture. I have attached a final flash version of what I am looking for. I want to keep the "Posts" aspect the same for uploading pictures and deleting pictures. I would like the slide show to appear just like the attached flash file. If you look at the file you will notice how it flashes when it transitions from pic to pic. It fades in and out. I need this done in a day or two. I would need to see the example on a live server. The pictures in the slide show need to be 651 pixels wide by 311 pixels high. Please only bid if you know what you are doing. Thanks,
