Simple HTML form - (Project: MakeAssociations)

This is a form to associate 2 reference numbers and save the combination. To be done using HTML and JavaScript. The web page will be hosted on a PDA so the screen size will be small. Apart from the screen size, the fact that it is running on a PDA is NOT relevant. The code is straight HTML and JavaScript, and should be able to be run directly in Internet Explorer 7. The saving of the reference numbers is handled by other code that is not part of this project. More details below, please read all requirements carefully. ## Deliverables ### Associate reference numbers A screen ([login to view URL]) is required that has 2 textboxes and a Save button First textbox (ourRef) has a label Our Reference Second textbox (theirRef) has the label 3rd Party Reference When the Save button is clicked check that both textboxes have values. Use the method saveLocalValues to store the values. This method is to be mocked and stored in a referenced file [login to view URL] It takes 2 parameters the first is the data to be stored and the second is a callback function that will be called when the save is complete. The saveLocalValues method is part of a larger framework and will not be included that is why it needs to be mocked. The mocked method is attached. An example message to be sent to saveLocalValues is in the attached documents (vWorker corrupts xml) The page will have function called onAssociationSaved which is the second parameter to saveLocalValues and it will be called after the new reference numbers have been saved. onAssociationSaved should clear the textboxes and put the cursor back in the ourRef textbox.
