Simple .PSD to HTML/CSS

Simple .PSD to HTML/CSS Dear html specialist. We have simple and relatively fast .psd to html/css project covering mainly four pages with very limited functionality, so some JQuery can be used (compatibility to W3C standards is a must). What we need is: a) someone transfers our four .PSD files to HTML/CSS files b) There should be included text box where customer can attach his/her email and it will be sent to our email address c) after pages are at static HTML format, I need to change texts, so texts needs to be editable format (not image). d) also script for our Twitter and Facebook account need to be added (probably script is available somewhere). Timeline is a bit hectic and budget is relatively small.
