Hello, I need a real estate portal similar to [login to view URL] It will be written in Cold Fusion MX - you MUST have prior experience of projects using CF MX and possibly fusebox methodology. I would like to see examples of your work. The database is mySQL. I am a developer myself but I don't have time to do this right now, so I will be project manager and technical manager as well. I will direct what forms / pages are required. I would want the pages to be 'skinned' as we go along or afterwards. The web site will have these entities: - properties - estate agents - registration and directory - admin area for me. - users - registration - search facility - pictures upload facility + resizing - newsletter and property alerts feature. - some web 2.0 and Ajax will be required. - heavy use of CSS, standards complient XHTML. I will not require promotion or SEO - I have already started that. For an example of the kind of quality I am after please refer to [login to view URL] - this is a car web site, but I am after a property site that is similar to this concept.
