424157 Add JQuery Scrollable

I have a page of my site and don't have time to add a scrolling area. I like the way [login to view URL] Scrollable works, but need to have it put in to accommodate my existing images and text. I need to make some revisions to image sizes etc, but will attach the page as is. Want to add 2 more rows that will scroll eventually, showing only 2 at a time. Would also like arrows to the right pointing up and down and in the same position as I have the "view more projects" on the existing page in the lower right. Arrows should look the same as I have them though (see attached)
