MAGENTO CUSTAMIZATION

im posting this project again as previous programmer not able to give what we are looking, plz read care fully ask if you have doubt and remeber bid only if you have confident or done similar task before 1. Shipping charge will be automatic when user select the country , it will be onchange event , no need to user to click on "get quote " button , button should be remove from there., once country is selected the shipping charge automatic adds in total price , and user do not ned to click on update total. 2. Please remove state and zip code from there and only country is needed . 3. Once shipping charge is update in total automatic, then it will skip stage 4 in one page check out ( adding shipping charge in total) . 4. The shipping charge is based on per item purchased, but if some one buy more than $50 from USA then shipping is free for them but of someone buy from Canada then shipping will be $20 and for rest of the world it will be $30 , table rate method is applied their you need to do small modification as we have one very heavy products ,for this product only the shipping charge will be based one per item purchased, like if some one from canada buy 2 bags og bulk salt then shipping charge will be $40 and if some one buy 3 then $60 and so on and it will be same for rerst of the world , if some one from other country then usa and canada buy 1 bag of salt then shipping will be $30 , for 2 bag shipping will be $60 and so one. you need to update table rate on wieght vs destination method.
