Looking for Sencha + Mobile Web + Java + Spring experts

Need real developers who understand javascript, mobile and web ui frameworks inside out. These might include Sencha, Phone Gap etc. We deal with product development and looking for real experts in this area to work on some projects. People with a proven track record and who can demonstrate their capability will be considered. Samples of previous work is to be shared ( screenshots should be enough ) to be considered. Work will start immediately. Selected candidates will each be given a paid proof of concept first in freelancer to showcase their skills. If you shine in the proof of concept, then you will be hired through freelancer as part of a larger project. Knowledge of J2EE is helpful.
