JAVA - Small changes in the attached game

I just need minor modifications to the attached project (checkers game) just in the use case: human vs computer, which should stay in the same format it is in: Eclipse, JDK7.
Requirement:
1) When the computer plays the software should lock the game for xxx seconds and show a red disk at the bottom of the board. After xxx seconds the software should unlock the game and show a blue disk at the bottom of the board (xxx need be defined in the config).
2) The software uses international rules and you must switch to Brazilian rules. Brazilian rules are almost identical to international rules. See here: [login to view URL]
