build a broad cast for server sockets without using third party (library) for VMs in 24hour you have to finish it

I am looking for a skilled developer to build a broadcast for server sockets without using any third-party libraries for my virtual machines (VMs). The project requires the following: Specific Requirements and Features: - The server sockets should have the ability to broadcast messages without relying on third-party libraries, and we have an affinity node this node is the only node in the system that can modify a document, here is the scenario I have built a NoSQL database system each VM(node)have many clients connected to it each client can do NoSQL CRUD operations, When this client create or delete we and do it successfully we need to broadcast the JSON file between all other VMS, and when a client want to do a modification operation on a document we need to send this operation to the affinity node because its the only VM allowed to do this operation and broadcast the JSON to all VMs after the operation is done successfully, if we have two clients want to modify the same document in different VMs thes two VMs will send the operation to the affinity node and it will be using optimistic synchronize mechanism,I have built the whole project and this is the only missing part Programming Language: - The project should be implemented using Java. Level of Security: - The desired level of security for the server sockets is high. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Strong proficiency in Java programming language. - Experience in building server sockets and handling socket communication. - Knowledge of secure socket programming and implementing high-level security features. - Familiarity with virtual machines and understanding their requirements.
