Android app development -- 2

I am having app(.apk) which helps me to read otp automatically in my web browser. Having the source code also. Looking for few changes, those are: 1. App should send OTP Received time in milli seconds(otp receievd time and utc time) now the present source code is sending up to seconds only 2. Once user enters ACCESS KEY, SIM 1 Phone number, SIM 2 Phone number and clicks on UPDATE button. It should not send any call to server. the present source code is sending call to the server. If SIM 1 or SIM 2 or both empty then also it should save. ACCESS KEY always change to CAPS LOCK if users forced to enter small case alphabets also 3. 'unfortunately app has stopped' getting in some phones. Which needs to be fixed 4. The major requirement is: App should be able to send otp to server even if the app is closed in the background. Means I put 'auto start' for the app in app settings. And for battery I will set No restrictions.(please suggest if I missed anything here) App should always run even if it is not opened and not there in background. 5. App should be support for lower version of Android. (Some phones, If I got 1 otp then I am getting 10 calls to server which should be handled - this problem I found in Moto E2 Phone) 6. Once message received, it should be send to server without failure. 7. App should work with mobile data 2g, 3g, 4g, 5g and wifi. 8. Please don't send any api call without ACCESS key or phone numbers. otp, mobile number/vehcilce number, ACCESS key are mandatory to send to server 9. extract otp from login otp from login otp sms and vehicle from vehicle otp sms. It is there but few bugs are there 10. user list option in app which shows the ids (api call to server - server returns json array) 11. Already an api call is there which is getSender, which returns the senderid to read those particular sms. Now that needs to be changed to a list of senders (json array) which helps me to test.
