As far as I could find out from the description, I guess I would not be provided a server space and would have to build the complete website afresh with the requirements to be still made. Hence this project is apt to be made by me as I am a member of 4 MLM projects as well and thus I understand what you want. I expect you to provide me no extra support(on server/hardware front) except for what you want. Since we know what you want, we bet, we can make it possible at the bidden price.
