iPhone or Android identity document app

Project details: -The app is to be used for employee IDs as part of a trial phase. -Each individual will be able to enter a displayable name and a unique seven (7) digit employee number. -The app creates a unique barcode and an emittable near field communication tag based on this information (or possibly just one of the two). -For security reasons, I would like the user to be able to 'lock' the app so details on the app cannot be changed without a password. -Given time constraints, and in order to afford flexibility, you will develop the app for only one platform. -If this phase proves successful, we can arrange for a larger contract regarding an improved app (containing more details, for example), and a version for a platform not previously worked on.
